SIGN UP PROCESS FOR ENROLLMENT:
- Complete all registration for each child.
- Mail or drop off registration form(s) and first initial payment to the classroom. We accept check, exact cash amount or money order payable to Super Math. Registration form(s) and payment need to be received by the 3rd week of the month prior to the starting month. Payment and registration cannot be brought on the day of the introductory class.
- You will receive an email confirmation from General Manager, Joe Watanabe. Enrollment is then complete.
- Student(s) and parent(s) or legal guardian(s) attend the mandatory introductory class listed on the calendar. Student(s) join their regular class the following month
